I had great experience with Jsp motors Nisarg helped me get the finance of my car at very reasonable interest rates and Jay help me with getting the car The service from them was very smooth and transparent and on time I got the delivery of my car on the desired date They also helped me in selling my old car with some fixes and got good rate on it too ( the rate was better then I expected) Overall it was a great experience I would highly recommend Jsp motors if anyone is looking to upgrade their car

I bought a 2018 Volt from JSP motors a couple months ago. The team was not pushy whatsoever regarding the sale of the vehicle, or the optional warranties (which I respectfully declined). The vehicle was damaged prior to JSP purchasing it, and they had photos of the damage prior to the repairs and explained how they had fixed it (damage to doors). This transparency put my mind at ease. On the date of purchase, I had some issues around 20 minutes from the shop that unfortunately resulted in the car not starting. Jay and Nisarg quickly came to me and resolved the issue, getting me back on the road. They explained that the issue likely started from them resetting some settings with their OBD2 scanner right before I purchased it. They told me to reach out if there were any more issues. Thankfully, there have been 0 issues since then! This truly seemed like a hiccup, and I felt comfortable with their honest approach and interactions; I can tell they truly care about their reputation.
